Your time is valuable, and planning a luxury vacation should feel exciting - not overwhelming. My Custom Vacation Design Fee reflects the time, expertise, and personal attention I invest in creating a journey that is unique to you.

This is not simply about booking hotels, tours, or transportation. It’s about understanding how you love to travel, knowing what is worth your time and investment, and thoughtfully bringing all the details together to create a seamless experience from beginning to end.

My Custom Vacation Design Fee Includes:

• A personal consultation to understand your travel style, interests, priorities, and vision for the journey.

• Destination and itinerary expertise to help you make the most of your time without trying to see and do everything.

• Hand-selected accommodations and experiences chosen with your preferences, comfort, and overall experience in mind.

• Thoughtful coordination of the details, including transportation, private transfers, tours, activities, and other essential arrangements.

• A customized itinerary that brings your entire journey together in one beautifully organized place.

• Personalized recommendations for the places to eat, experiences worth seeking out, and special touches that can make a trip truly memorable.

• Professional guidance throughout the planning process, with revisions and refinements as your journey takes shape.

• My experience and attention to detail, ensuring the many moving pieces of your vacation work together seamlessly.

This fee is non-refundable and separate from the cost of your travel; it's an investment in having an experienced travel professional personally design, coordinate, and oversee your journey.  The fee amount is dependent on the complexity of your vacation.

You’re not simply booking a vacation. You’re entrusting someone to thoughtfully design an experience you’ll remember for years to come.
